I started my journey in November of 2017, my highest weight was 328.9lbs and my current weight today is 238.7lbs. The reason I started this journey again was that, I didn’t want to be 5’5 at weighing 400lbs and I was well on my way.
I eat a high protein, low carb diet, it is not Keto, but close. I eat plenty of chicken and fish, protein shakes and green veggies. No, bread, pasta, rice or sodas. I workout 6 days a week. Weight train for about 1.5 hours and cardio about 4 days a week.
My hobbies consist of reading black history books, and watching black history documentaries, playing chess and dominoes.
My family life is hard to find balance sometimes because of me finishing my Master’s Degree and pushing my nonprofit organization, Within My Father’s House. Trying to get our youth programs into different schools. But, my wife and myself find ways to have our own time together.
