What motivated me to lose weight.. I went to the doctor about my knee hurting and my Dr told me if I didn't lose weight I would need knee surgery!
My workout routine.. I do Boot Camp 6 days a week an hour each Day!
Keto is my lifestyle now!
I'm 48 year old mother of one daughter and a beautiful 6 yr old granddaughter! My hobbies include working out, running my Travel Agency "Going Beyond Xpectations Travel" and I also do a lot of Traveling all over the world!
